Abstract
|
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic. The main pathogenesis of the disease is "loss of health and movement of the spleen, deficiency of the five internal organs, loss of nourishment of the sea of marrow",and "fatigue of the whole body and emptiness of the sea of marrow". "Third aritcle discussion of vital-qi corresponding to the heaven. The Plain questions" is described as follows:"yangqi, essence leads to spirit, and gentleness nourishes tendons". This discussion provides programmatic guidance for later generations to understand the "state" and corresponding "function" of human yangqi. As one of the treatment methods of CFS,Jingu Zang-fu massage regulates the abdomen, spleen and stomach, and then affects the hair growth of qingyang,so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the whole body to treat diseases. Therefore,we think that we can rethink the theoretical connotation of Jingu Zang-fu massage in the treatment of CFS from the point of view of "yangqi, essence leads to spirit, and gentleness nourishes tendons". |
