Abstract
|
To explore Professor HUANG Wenzheng's clinical experience in treating difficult chronic kidney diseases,and lists four cases:Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with Liujinu Decoction for treating lumbago of adult polycystic kidney disease;treatment of senile nephrotic syndrome with Fangji Fuling Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction and Shuilu Erxian Dan;treatment of lupus nephritis with Maimendong Decoction combined with Simiao Yongan Decoction;treatment of hepatitis B virus associated nephritis with Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Chaihu Dayuan Decoction and Shengjiang Powder. Professor HUANG combines both syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,clinical medication not only has the rigor of classical prescriptions to aim at pathogenesis,but also has the lightness of current prescriptions to take care of diseases,and integrates classical prescriptions and current prescriptions,but the effect is superior to pursue curative effect,which is sufficient for clinical reference. |
