| Abstract

| With the rapid development of modern society,people are faced with various pressures rising,which makes the incidence of emotional diseases rising. Both Chinese and Western medicine are trying to find the best treatment. Abdominal massage is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. Many clinical studies have confirmed that it has good curative effect on emotional diseases such as generalized anxiety disorder,insomnia and restlessness,but the research on its mechanism needs to be further deepened. This paper expounds the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical theory,aiming at preliminarily discussing the theoretical basis of abdominal massage in treating emotional diseases and providing theoretical basis for its clinical application. |
