| Abstract

| Extensive practice and research have proved that acupuncture is effective for many kinds of diseases,while some studies show that acupuncture is not better than placebo needle control group. Therefore,with the development of acupuncture clinical research,it faces new problems and troubles. Placebo effect is divided into positive aspect and negative aspect,which also has a profound impact on acupuncture clinic and research,leading to bias in research. The research on the effect of placebo needle and the definition of the effect of placebo needle will have far-reaching significance to the clinical and research of acupuncture,affect the discrimination of the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy and promote the internationalization of acupuncture therapy. |
