Abstract

Professor HE Puren believed that inadequate natural endowment was the internal cause of the disease. Eating and emotional disorders, exogenous pathogenic factors invade the skin, or fall injury, blood stasis blocking were the basic pathogenesis. The disease can be divided into progressive stage and stable stage. Different treatment methods were selected in different stages. Mild moxibustion can be used in the progressive stage. In stable stage, according to syndrome differentiation, Professor HE choose fire needle with filiform needle, or choose bloodletting cupping therapy with filiform needle, or all methods were used. Harmonizing qi and blood, dredging meridian was regarded as general principle. Professor HE was good at using bei-shu acupoints to regulate qi and blood, yin and yang. Professor HE treated lung diseases by regulating bladder meridians, focused on mental and emotional adjustment, and advocated local multi-needle thorn, shallow thorn. |
