Clinical observation of Xiaoyan Particle combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium on the hyper-coagulable state of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Xiaoyan Particles to the hyper-coagulable state of qi deficiency and blood stasis type advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients.[Methods] Based on the inclusion criterion, 60 advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients with hyper-coagulable state of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were collected that accepted treatment in oncology department of First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine during June 2017 to September 2019, and statistically randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group contained 30 cases. Each group were both hypodermic injected low-molecular-weight Heparin Sodium 5 000 U once a day for continuous 14 days, and the treatment group was given Xiaoyan Particles twice a day additionally for continuous 14 days, and treatment cycle contained 21 days and 2 cycles at all. D-dimer and coagulation index(prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time), platelet count, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR), Chinese medicine four diagnostic scores, life quality, safety indicators such as blood routine, liver and kidney function were detected, meanwhile the SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to record and analyse.[Results] As to the hyper-coagulable state of qi deficiency and blood stasis type advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients, Xiaoyan Particles, combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium canreduce the level of D-dimer, NLR, alleviate symptoms of weakness and numbness, and enhance the quality of life.[Conclusion] Xiaoyan Particles combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium can ameliorate the hyper-coagulable state of qi deficiency and blood stasis type advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients, and improve the quality of life, with good safety.
