Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the dynamic changes of the blood flow velocity of the dorsal artery of the foot under different compression levels and different compression times in healthy subjects, and to discuss the quality-effect standard of different pressing levels according to layer-by-layer method so as to standardize the operation of "Jingu viscera massage", and to provide scientific basis for basic research and clinical assessment, and to facilitate the transmission and development of school manipulation.[Methods] Forty healthy subjects aged 19 to 35 were selected and divided into two groups A and B, each with 20 persons, and the ratio of male to female was 1:1. Group A pressed to the 3rd layer, group B pressed to the 5th layer. The doppler blood flow detector was used to detect the peak dorsal artery blood flow velocity of the two groups for 0, 1 and 3 minutes.[Results] Compared with the blood flow speed of the left dorsal foot artery before pressing the subject's abdomen, the blood flow speed of the left dorsal foot artery of the subject increased when the third layer was pressed for 1 minute, and the blood flow slowed down when the third layer was pressed for 3 minutes. The differences were significant (P<0.01). The blood flow speed increased when the fifth layer was pressed for 1 minute, and the blood flow speed slowed down when the fifth layer was pressed for 3 minutes, and the differences were both significant(P<0.01). There was no statistical difference in the blood flow velocity of the left dorsal foot artery before pressing the subject's abdomen of the two groups A and B (P>0.05). Compared with the blood flow velocity of the left dorsal foot artery of the subject when the third layer was pressed for 1 minute, the blood flow speed increased when the fifth layer was pressed for 1 minute, and the difference was significant(P<0.01). Compared with the blood flow speed when the third layer was pressed for 3 minutes, the blood flow speed slowed down when the fifth layer was pressed for 3 minutes. It is of significant significance(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The different pressing levels and pressing time of "Jingu viscera massage" affect the arterial blood flow velocity of the lower extremities of the human body. It is clarified that it can mobilize the circulation of qi and blood around the body by adjusting the pressing level and time, thereby playing a role in disease prevention and treatment. |
