Abstract
|
Membranous nephropathy is a type of kidney pathology that has a high clinical incidence and serious threat to human health. Through Chinese medicine thought, based on the theory of opening and closing pivot in Huangdi Neijing, and from the perspective of shaoyin pivot, this article discusses the treatment of membranous nephropathy from the perspective of disease differentiation and treatment, and expounds that shaoyin pivot is the key to the pathogenesis of the disease, including imbalance of yin and yang, abnormal qi movement, imbalance of cold and heat. It is suggested that "harmonizing the pivot of shaoyin, regulating yin and yang, regulating qi, balancing cold and heat, dredging channels" should be used to treat membranous nephropathy, providing a new way for the treatment of membranous nephropathy. |
