Abstract
Atrial fibrillation(AF) is the most common arrhythmia, which can cause heart rhythm disturbances, cause thrombosis, and cause great harm to human health. Many studies have shown that heart structure changes and electrical remodeling caused by cardiac fibrosis play a very important role in the onset and persistence of AF. Western medicine has many adverse reactions in the treatment of AF, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life and survival rate of AF patients. In this paper, through research and analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature, the pathogenesis and treatment of AF are reviewed from the perspective of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.
