Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) disease and syndromes in imported cases of COVID-19 in Tianjin area.[Methods] TCM syndrome investigation was conducted on imported cases of COVID-19 admitted to Tianjin Haihe Hospital,including basic information,clinical symptoms after admission and tongue image,and compared with local cases.[Results] Imported cases in Tianjin have a balanced gender distribution,with a relatively small average age;the countries of incidence are mainly European and American countries such as the United Kingdom,the United States,France,Spain;compared with local cases,imported cases have more chills and less fever,more coughs and less fatigue. The proportion of nasal congestion,dry throat,sore throat,hyposmia,and hypotaste was significantly higher than that of local cases,and the proportion of nausea,diarrhea and greasy moss was significantly less than that of local cases.[Conclusion] The characteristics of TCM disease and syndrome of imported cases in Tianjin were preliminarily grasped,which provided a reference for the prevention and control of imported epidemic in this region. |
