| Abstract

| Currently,lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously threaten human life and affect the life quality of patients. Although conventional treatment of lung cancer can prolong the survival time of patients in certain circumstances,there are major toxic side effects that seriously affect the life quality of patients and have not significantly reduced the death rate,TCM has become an important part of lung cancer treatment by virtue of its advantages of stabilizing tumor focus,reducing the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy,increasing the survival time,reducing clinical symptoms,enhancing the body's immune function and improving the life quality. Professor JIA Yingjie believes that the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer are deficiency of internal qi,coexistence of sputum,poison,and stasis.He attaches importance to the application of the descending and ascending of qi activities theory in the treatment of lung cancer. Strengthening healthy qi without leaving pathogens and eliminating pathogens without hurting healthy qi to reach a state of "inner peace of the body". |
