Abstract
|
The etiology and pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease (AD) are mainly renal hypoplasia, brain turbidity endogenous, and brain damage caused by poison. Combining the theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine with basic modern research,we intend to explore the guiding significance of the theory of turbid blood, turbid brain and brain toxicity in the prevention and treatment of AD. Turbid blood is a pathological state before the onset of AD. One of the specific manifestations of turbid brain-brain toxicity is the excessive deposition of Aβ and hyperphosphorylation of Tau protein, and naoluo refers to the neurovascular unit(NVU);Aβ and Tau protein, are toxic to the brain;at the same time, naoluo damage can also increase the production of turbid blood-brain toxicity. Clinical treatment methods should be based on Yishen Qudu. |
