| Abstract
|
| Fatty liver is the first chronic liver disease in China, and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is common in clinic. Based on the theory of blood turbidity and combined with clinical practice, this paper summarized the clinical treatment experience of fatty liver with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Xingqi Huazhuo Decoction was used to promote qi and remove turbidity. The paired acupoints such as Zhigou(SJ6)-Yanglingquan(CB34) were used to dredge the meridian, Taichong(LR3)-Hegu(LI4) were used to regulate the internal organs, Tianshu(ST25)-Geshu(BL17) were used to regulate qi and blood. The combination of acupuncture and medicine has achieved a better clinical effect and a clinical case was reported. |
