Abstract
[Objective] Based on data mining, this paper analyzed the regularity of prescription medication for treating novel coronavirus pneumonia in our hospital. The experience of prescription was summarized, the core prescription and possible new prescription were extracted, which provided more choices for the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia. [Methods] The patients in our hospital from January 24, 2020 to March 11, 2020 diagnosed the common type of NCP were collected, and whose basic information and prescription of them were collected. Data mining was carried out by using the auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance. Based on the mining methods of frequency analysis, association rule analysis, improved mutual information method and entropy clustering, the drug attributes, drug frequency, commonly used dose, interrelation and possible new combinations were analyzed and summarized. [Results] In this study, 319 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected, 709 prescriptions were screened, involving 251 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, and 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used more than 100 times. The top three drugs were Poria cocos, tangerine peel and bitter almond. The main drugs were temper and cold. Most of the drugs were bitter, sweet and pungent, and the main drugs were lung, spleen and stomach meridian. The top three drug combinations were "tangerine peel, Poria cocos", "stir fried Atractylodes rhizome, Poria cocos", "Poria cocos, bitter almond". Based on the improved mutual information method, the highest correlation coefficients of the two drugs were Donghua and Alisma orientalis.Based on entropy clustering, 10 pairs of core combinations are extracted and 5 pairs of new square combinations are obtained. [Conclusion] In Chinese medicine treatment of the common type of NCP, we should pay the same attention to treatment of lung, spleen and stomach. We should use warm, cold, bitter and sweet products, and use more Poria, tangerine peel, bitter almond, French pinellia, Atractylodes rhizome, etc.
