| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of abdominal massage on functional dyspepsia of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency based on "mediating zhongjiao" theory. [Methods] Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases in each group, in which the experimental group was treated with abdominal massage, once a day, 1 hour after meals, and the control group was treated with oral domperidone tablet, 10 mg a time, 3 times a day, one tablet was taken half an hour before each meal. The above treatment lasted for 1 week as a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate, main symptom score and changes of gastric electric rhythm of patients in the two groups were compared. [Results] After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of patients with functional dyspepsia in experimental group and control group was 96.67% and 80.00%, respectively. The scores of major symptoms and TCM syndromes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the mean amplitude (VPP) and mean frequency (f) of the gastric antrum and body were significantly higher in both groups than those before the treatment, and the VPP and f of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Abdominal massage in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has significant clinical effects on the main symptoms, TCM syndromes and gastric motility function of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application. |
