The research on its connotation must be divided into "Chaihu Decoction class" and "Xiexin Decoction class" in combination with the original and clinical practice. Since the dosage of Bupleurum is "half a catty", the volume of "Chaihu Decoction class" is large which needs to add a large amount of water to the effectively decoction, and redecoct with dregs for concentrated liquid. The purpose of redecocting with dregs of "Xiexin Decoction class" is to reduce the toxicity of Pinellia ternata. The research on ZHANG Zhongjing's theory should proceed from the original text and clinical practice, and it is beneficial to understand the original meaning of ZHANG Zhongjing and improve the curative effect of clinical use. |
