| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To evaluate the effect of moxa-salt ironing at Danzhong(CV17) point treat with post-partum acute mastitis in stagnation period. [Methods] The 148 patients with post-partum acute mastitis in stagnation period were divided into observation group and control group, 74 cases in each group. The control group was given to usual care. The observation group was given to moxa-salt ironing at Danzhong(CV17) point based on usual care. The symptom score, clinical efficacy, serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) level and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) level were compared between two groups. [Results] After treatment, the score of breast lump, breast swelling pain and milk secretion disorders in observation group were significantly less than control group (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05). The serum TNF-α and CRP level of observation group were significantly less than control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Moxa-salt ironing at Danzhong(CV17) point treat with post-partum acute mastitis in stagnation period, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the clinical efficacy, and it may inhibit the level of serum inflammatory factors to make the main effects. |
