| Abstract

| Functional anorectal pain(FAP) is increasingly rise in the incidence of a disease in clinical practice, but it is not clear about etiology and pathology and there is still a lack of specific treatments. Professor ZHENG Xueping considers the disease is caused by deficiency of qi and blood, more mainly deficiency syndrome and its chronic illness manifests itself as syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. Professor ZHENG makes full use of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and puts forward the idea of supplementing qi and blood, dredging meridian, and relieving pain, which provides a new idea for the treatment of functional anorectal pain and has a good reference significance. |
