| Needle sticking is a method of twisting the needle handle in the same direction to entangle the needle with muscle fibers.It can keep the sense of needle continuous and strong. In clinical terms, needle sticking is mostly used for the treatment of pain, emergency, and intractable disease.Compared with the conventional acupuncture treatment, it has the advantages of simple operation, less acupoints and strong sense of needle.This article reviews the origin, mechanism and clinical application of needle sticking.Besides, it also analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the prospects to guide the clinical application. |
