Abstract
|
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of insomnia in menopause is characterized by the existence of false and real inclusions. It is believed that liver and kidney deficiency is the root of its disease, and it is emphasized that it is based on the liver and kidney. Professor RAN Yingzhuo found that in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia in menopause,it is common to use yin and blood deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, and liver stagnation and phlegm heat as the standard. Professor RAN believes that in the treatment of insomnia during menopause,on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, supplementing yin and nourishing blood is effective for menopausal patients. This article briefly describes Professor RAN Yingzhuo's clinical experience from the perspective of clinical syndrome differentiation, selection and medication. |
