Abstract
|
[Objective] To sort out the historical track of research on the original dose of classical formula in China and Japan, and further clarify the original dose of classical formula. [Methods] The comparative study method was used to trace the research on the original dose of classical formula in China and Japan. [Results] The study of Japanese primary dose can be divided into four stages:imitation, digestion, originality and review. The first stage is the "imitation stage" Japan's Asuka,Nara,Heian and Kamakura eras to imitate Chinese research. The research results in this stage are basically consistent with those in China at that time. The second stage is the "digestion stage" in Japan's Sengoku and Adutimomoyama eras, and the early Edo eras, that's the study of Goseha and the Kohoha on digestion and absorption of Chinese research. The results of this stage began to differ from those of Chinese studies at that time. The third stage is the "original stage" of the Koshoha of textual research of the school in the late period of the Edo era when the policy of Japan is self-fettered,and the research results at this stage are completely different from those in China. The fourth stage is the "review stage" in which modern physicians re-examine the original dose of classical formula, and prove and draw conclusions by experiments and actual measurements. The research results at this stage are basically consistent with those of modern Chinese studies. [Conclusion] After many times, many doctors and many studies, the research results on the original dose of classical formula in China and Japan finally tend to be consistent, that is,the original dose of classical formula is very close to 13.8 g. |
