| Abstract

| Membrane nephropathy is one of the common pathological types that cause adult nephrotic syndrome,and is divided into secondary and idiopathic. In recent years,the incidence of idiopathic membranous nephropathy has been increasing. Doctor of traditional Chinese medicine believes that its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated. Spleen and kidney deficiency is the main cause,damp heat,blood stasis,wind evil,and turbid poison are secondary. The complexity of the pathogenesis is the main reason for the difficulty to cure. Based on the characteristics of this pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has shown good advantages. It can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also have less adverse reactions. It provides ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worthy of further research. |
