| Abstract

| Micro-inflammatory states are common in hemodialysis patients,related to atherosclerosis,malnutrition,lipid metabolism disorders,anemia,infection,sufficiency of dialysis,and are the key factors leading to cardiovascular events. This article summarizes the related researches on the treatment of micro-inflammatory state of hemodialysis by single Chinese medicine and its extract in recent years by consulting the literature. It mainly includes drugs such as cordyceps sinensis,golden isaria cicadae miquel,astragalus membranaceus,rhubarb,salvia miltiorrhiza,total glucosides of paeony,sinomenine,oxymatrine,silymarin,resveratrol,etc. And summarized the active ingredients and corresponding mechanism of action against micro-inflammatory state,it is expected to provide a reference for the in-depth research and treatment of micro-inflammatory state of maintenance hemodialysis in traditional Chinese medicine. |
