| Abstract

| The pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy is complex, which is a refractory cardiovascular disease. Conventional Western medicine treatment is not ideal, that patients with poor prognosis. Combined with years of clinical experience, Mr. WENG believes that the pathogenesis is based on qi deficiency, blood stasis and water dampness. The treatment is mainly to invigorate qi and warm yang, promote blood circulation and water. This paper systematically analyzes two cases of Mr. WENG's treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy, which contain the dialectical thinking, therapeutic principles and prescription characteristics of Mr. WENG's treatment of this disease, and summarize the core prescription, to provide a reference treatment plan for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of this disease. It can be seen from the analysis and induction of the case that Mr. WENG's academic philosophy in clinical treatment is "examining cause and syndrome differentiation, three factors and measures, and using drugs like using military force", in order to inherit the academic experience of famous old TCM doctor. |
