Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Lishi formula in the treatment of damp heat injection urinary tract infection.[Methods] The 72 patients with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Qingre Lishi formula orally. The control group was given Yinhua Miyanling Tablets orally. The elimination time of main symptoms, urine routine, ESR and immunoglobulin were observed, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.[Results] The total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 72.22% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The elimination time of main symptoms in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05). The improvement of urine routine, ESR and immune function in treatment group were better than those in control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Qingre Lishi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and immune function in the treatment of urinary tract infection of damp heat infusion type. |
