Abstract
[Objective] To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection combined with Western medicine in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris.[Methods] CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP, Embase, Pubmed, the Cochrane Library databases were used to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection combined with Western medicine for angina pectoris. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to December 2018. Two evaluators independently screened the literature and extracted the data. If there were any differences, they discussed and solved them. RevMan 5.3 was used for data analysis.[Results] A total of 5 literatures (4 clinical studies) and 383 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection combined with Western medicine was superior to Western medicine routine control group in improving the effect of electrocardiogram (ECG)[RR=1.27, 95%CI (1.12, 1.44), P<0.05], and no serious adverse reactions occurred.[Conclusion] In view of the small number and low quality of the included studies, it cannot be said that the curative effect of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection combined with Western medicine is better than that of Western medicine routine treatment alone, and it still needs to be verified by a number of randomized controlled, multicenter and large sample high-quality clinical trials.
