Abstract
|
The gastric flora of normal human body is in a state of dynamic balance, which helps to maintain the function of the digestive system. At present, the known main composition of gastric flora includes 5 major microflora and 69 genera. In recent years, studies have shown that the imbalance of gastric flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. The overall concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment are the prevention and treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine, which is consistent with the concept of balance and coordination advocated by microecology. After the traditional Chinese medicine enters the digestive tract by oral administration, it can directly regulate the gastrointestinal flora. It is hoped that the new perspective of traditional Chinese medicine regulating the balance of gastric flora can provide ideas and reference for the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. |
