| Thyroid nodule is a common disease and frequently encountered disease in the endocrine system，is refers to the thyroid cells grow in the local anomalies caused by scattered lesions，thyroid nodule belongs to “ying disease” in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） disease category. Professor CHEN Baogui believes that pathogenesis is a disorder of qi and blood，more factors，based on qi activity within its，disease in the gas more points at the beginning of a long illness，involving blood points，then dry injured yin，yin deficiency，hand into heat as inclusion. In clinical practice，liver depression and spleen deficiency，qi deficiency and blood stasis，phlegm and blood stasis intermingling，liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome are common，and a variety of diseases and pathogenic factors are often combined，so flexible medication should be used in treatment. |
