Abstract

Promoting the construction of a healthy China is an important goal of the Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline and the “14th Five-Year Plan” period of the health and health development plan. It has been raised to comprehensively improve the health of the Chinese nation and achieve the coordinated development of people’s health,the economy and society. The height of national strategy is closely related to general health in the field of human health. Academician WANG Qi made a new explanation of the concept of great health. This article mainly uses the four basic principles of physique “endowment inheritance” “life process theory” “formation theory” “environmental restriction theory” interpret the concept of general health,and briefly describes how to achieve general health preservation. |
