| Abstract
|
| The idea of “strong fire hurt qi” in Huangdi Neijing reflects the damage of internal pathological fire to qi,especially in the development process of pi dan-xiao ke-xiao dan, which is more abundant in clinical practice. Traditional doctors attach great importance to the pathogenesis of diabetes and often use the method of clearing heat and improving qi to treat diabetes. Modern doctors have gradually realized the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes. Based on the theory of “strong fire hurt qi”,this paper discusses the basic pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes “heat pathogenesis and qi deficiency”,so as to establish the treatment rules and points of care to directly break fire, and nourish qi to cultivate source, which can clearly improve the symptoms and clinical indicators of patients in the treatment and promote long-term outcomes. |
