Abstract
|
Professor DU Huaitang inherited from QIN Bowei,a famous master of traditional Chinese medicine. He flexibly used the four methods of “tonifying, dispersing, ascending and descending” mentioned by QIN Bowei to treat qi diseases caused by exogenous and internal injuries. DU Huaitang considers that the occurrence of bi syndrome is closely related to exogenous pathogenic factors such as wind, cold and dampness. In addition,it is also necessary to pay attention to external pathogenic factors blocking meridians and damaging qi and blood. Especially for those with bi syndrome for a long time, the importance of regulating qi and warming qi and blood is emphasized. In the clinical treatment of a patient with bi syndrome aggravated by cold for a long time,DU Huaitang first gave Chaihu Guizhi Decoction and Yueju Pill to dredge qi and relieve yang depression, then used Bentun Decoction and Qiqi Decoction to soothe the liver, tonify the kidney and smooth the chong qi,and then used Xiaoyao Powder,Shenzhuo Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction to soften the liver, strengthen the spleen and warm the kidney qi,and supplemented with medicine of warming yang and activating blood to regulate qi and blood, which has clinical enlightenment and can be used for reference. |
