Abstract
|
Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) belongs to the category of "thigh swelling" of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor CAI Bingqin believes that the main cause of femoral swelling is the obstruction of blood stasis in the pulse channel. The main pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency of origin and excess. Deficiency of origin is mainly related to deficiency of qi, while standard excess is closely related to blood stasis and dampness. Based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment, according to the time of DVT formation and symptoms of the affected limb, it was divided into acute stage, remission stage and sequelae stage. Based on the general situation of patients, combined with the clinical manifestations of each period, Professor CAI takes different treatment by stages. In the acute stage, it is the first step to expel pathogenic factors, and emphasizes the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. In the remission stage, the equal attention of strengthening the body and expelling pathogenic factors should be paid, while in the sequelae stage, we should pay attention to the strengthening of the body. |
