Jiuyi Quansheng Pian, also known as Methods of identification and treatment of plague, mainly expounds the etiology and pathogenesis, clinical signs, treatment methods and herbs of plague-related symptoms. Its academic thoughts of differentiating and treating plague include qi, tongue and pulse, and careful diagnosis. It distinguishes malaria dysentery as cold and heat, and pays attention on secondary syndrome. It discusses the mixed syndrome in detail, and emphases the tong method. It also creates new prescription, and mingles with the character of Lingnan. The book has rich theoretical knowledge and excellent clinical skills, which can provide ideas and reference for future research on plague. |
