Abstract
|
Primary immune thrombocytopenia is a disease characterized by bleeding and weakness, and its therapy is to treat blood, qi, and fire. In this paper, we discussed primary immune thrombocytopenia based on the relationship between blood, qi and fire. By reviewing the literature, we analyzed the theoretical basis of the "qi theory of treatment". From the perspective of disease identification and evidence recognition, we explained the clinical thinking of the "qi theory of treatment" and its mechanism. It was found that blood, qi, and fire are closely related to each other, and they carry on and transform to each other. The "qi theory of treatment" is mainly divided into the deficiency of qi and the excess of qi, and the treatment includes benefiting qi to consolidate the surface, benefiting qi to produce blood, benefiting qi to control blood, warming yang to benefit qi, tonifying qi to dispel yin fire, moving qi to remove stasis, and clearing qi to lower fire. Treating from qi plays an important role in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia, which can provide ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment. |
