Abstract
|
This paper introduces Professor MAO Yuxiang's clinical experience in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Through disease differentiation, Professor MAO proposed that the basic pathogenesis of esophageal cancer is weakness of spleen and stomach and turbid toxin accumulation, which is the basis of the occurrence and development of the disease. With the continuous development of the disease, the main contradictions in different stages are highlighted, on the basis of the basic pathogenesis, and the disease can be divided into three stages, namely, the initial stage (turbid toxin accumulation stage), the middle stage (turbid toxin blood stasis stage), and the end stage (turbid toxin yin deficiency stage). In the treatment, we pay attention to the combination of disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and adopt the specific treatment methods of strengthening the spleen and stomach, resolving turbidity and detoxification, promoting blood circulation and nourishing yin, softening hardness and dispersing knot. At different stages of treatment, we select the targeted treatment and obtain good curative effect. |
