| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huatan Liqi Oral Liquid on syndrome of phlegm-qi blocking acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with anxiety and depression disorder. [Methods] 90 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Huatan Liqi Oral Liquid. The results of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. [Results] Compared two groups,the scores of anxiety and depression in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Posttreatment systemic inflammatory factor are all lower in the two groups.Furthermore,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group except procalcitonin(PCT)index(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Huatan Liqi Oral Liquid can improve anxiety and depression,reduce inflammatory indexes of patients with syndrome of phlegm-qi blocking AECOPD. |
