Abstract
|
As a kind of physical stimulation, acupuncture is sensed locally at the acupoint and transferred to the lesion site to exert its effect is complex. Up to now,the effective mechanism of acupuncture has not been fully clarified. As a new way of intercellular communication, our previous studies found that acupuncture can regulate the release of exocrine, and there is a close relationship between exocrine and acupuncture effect. It is found that exocrine may play an important role in the process of acupuncture information transmission. It is an important way of acupuncture information transmission. The exosome body has the characteristics of wide distribution, wide source, many carrying substances, many effects, targeted transportation, tissue source specificity, clinical application safety and stability, and so on. It may be closely related to the whole network regulation of acupuncture and moxibustion,"qi to disease place",viscera-meridian acupoint correlation, acupuncture serum drug conversion application and so on. This paper combs and analyzes the characteristics of exocrine and acupuncture in order to explain the principle of acupuncture and moxibustion. To provide new ideas for promoting clinical transformation of basic research on acupuncture and moxibustion. |
