By using descriptive statistics method, apriori algorithm for association rule analysis, clustering analysis for prescription data analysis. A total of 376 prescriptions,183 traditional Chinese medicines,78 association rules and 6 clustering formulas were included through data screening. Professor YAN adheres to the principle of smoothing the liver, regulating qi,relieving depression and calming the mind, and adds or subtracts medication according to the specific symptoms of patients.
