Abstract

A preliminary study on Professor YAN Hong's traditional Chinese medicine rules for treating patients with depressive episodes. To collect the patients admitted to the psychosomatic department of the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin university of Chinese medicine from 2019 to 2020 who were diagnosed with depression and visited Professor YAN Hong's clinic regularly after discharge (stable visit for at least 6 months),and extract the relevant information of Chinese medicine prescription through data screening and standardized treatment to establish the relevant database. By using descriptive statistics method,apriori algorithm for association rule analysis,clustering analysis for prescription data analysis. A total of 376 prescriptions,183 traditional Chinese medicines,78 association rules and 6 clustering formulas were included through data screening. Professor YAN adheres to the principle of smoothing the liver,regulating qi,relieving depression and calming the mind,and adds or subtracts medication according to the specific symptoms of patients. The clarity of thought and the accuracy of medication are worth learning and inheriting by our later generations. |
