Abstract
[Objective] To explore the intervention of Jieyu Qutan Huazhuo Prescription on the diversity of intestinal flora and related serological indicators in blood fats and body weight. [Methods] Seventy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group,Xuezhikang group,Lipitor group,Jieyu Qutan Huazhuo Prescription low, medium and high dose group. 10 in each group. The normal group was fed with normal diet, and the model group was fed with high-fat diet. Stool was collected after continuous gavage for 8 weeks to detect the 16S rRNA gene sequencing, body mass was measured, and blood was taken from the abdominal aorta to detect the levels of cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C). [Results] Compared with the normal group, the body weight of the model group increased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the body weight of rats in the Xuezhikang group,low-dose Chinese medicine prescription group and high-dose Chinese medicine prescription group were significantly reduced (P<0.05).The TC,TG,LDL-C in the model group were significantly increased, and HDL-C were decreased (P<0.01).Compared with the model group, the TC and TG of each medication group were significantly reduced. Among them, the medium-dose Chinese medicine prescription group significantly reduced the LDL-C level (P<0.01),and the high-dose Chinese medicine group and the Xuezhikang group could increase the HDL-C level. Compared with the normal group, the UA of the model group was significantly increased (P<0.05). In the analysis of differences between the groups, compared with the normal group, the Desulfovibrio in the model group increased (P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant. The Firmicutes in the normal group were lower than the model group (P<0.01),and the Bacteroides were higher than the model group (P<0.01). The medium-dose Chinese medicine prescription group in the Bacteroides were higher than that in the model group (P<0.05). The F/B model group was significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.01),and the medium-dose Chinese medicine prescription group were lower than the model group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Hyperlipidemia is mostly caused by stagnation of qi and phlegm. Jieyu Qutan Huazhuo Prescription is precise, regulating blood lipids in rats with high-fat diet, reducing body weight, regulating F/B ratio and intestinal flora diversity, and protecting kidney function.
