Abstract
|
Myocardial ischemic disease is an important factor leading to human death. With the application and development of interventional treatments such as percutaneous coronary intervention, bypass surgery, and thrombolysis, blood supply can be restored after myocardial ischemia. The reperfusion injury that comes has received more and more attention from clinicians. As one of the important members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase superfamily, the p38MAPK signaling pathway can participate in the regulation of a variety of intracellular responses by transmitting intracellular signals, such as inflammation, cellular stress, and apoptosis. This signaling pathway plays an important role in perfusion injury(MIRI). In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has made great progress in the treatment of MIRI with its unique advantages, and has received widespread attention from the medical community. In order to further study the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine in the treatment of MIRI,this article will use the p38MAPK signaling pathway as an entry point. |
