Abstract
|
[Objective] Citespace was used to analyze the characteristics of literature related to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of chronic kidney disease (non-dialysis) in CNKI in recent 10 years (January 2011-April 2021),and to discuss the development trend of TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease (non-dialysis).[Methods] The relevant literature on the treatment of chronic kidney disease by TCM were retrieved from CNKI. Citespace 5.7.R5W software was used to analyze the time, periodicals and institutions, and the analysis results were visualized.[Results] The 3 295 literatures were retrieved, mainly journals, accounting for 64%. From 2011 to 2019,the literature was stable on the whole, but after 2020,it showed a downward trend on the whole. The First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranked first (66 articles),followed by Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (62 articles),Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (47 articles),Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine (43 articles). Professor SUN Wei (72 articles) from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine ranked first, followed by Professor HE Liqun from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(44 articles),Professor SONG Liqun from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine (43 articles),Professor WANG Xiaoqin from Hubei University of Chinese Medicine. The author cluster co-occurrence chart shows that the relevant teams were respectively centered on Professor SUN Wei,Professor HE Liqun and Professor YANG Hongtao. According to the analysis of emergent words, the keyword with the highest emergent intensity was "data mining",with the emergent intensity of 10.08. The emergent duration of the keyword with the longest emergent duration was "meta analysis" and "idiopathic membranous nephropathy",both of which lasted for 5 years.[Conclusion] The treatment of chronic kidney disease by TCM has been attracting the attention of many scholars. In terms of geographical distribution,it is mainly in East China, auxiliary in North China, and secondary in Central China. Data mining and idiopathic membranous nephropathy may be the focus of many researchers, and may also be the focus of future research. |
