Abstract
|
Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) are one of the most common clinicalarrhythmias, which can affect the diastolic and contraction function of the heart, leading to a decline in the quality of life of patients. Usually according to the etiology and pathogenesis,it belongs to the category of "palpitations" in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Yu Chunquan has many years of clinical experience in the treatment of this disease. He believes that the key to the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of qi and blood stasis,so the main treatment is the method of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo. The article summarizes and analyzes the professor Yu's use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat premature ventricular contractions. Exploring the Chinese medicine's syndrome differentiation, the characteristics of prescriptions and medications, and using complex network analysis techniques to excavate core medications and use 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram results to judge the curative effect, which can objectively demonstrates the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCVs. |
