Abstract
|
Cancer-related fatigue(CRF) refers to the subjective clinical symptoms mainly caused by cancer itself or cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment, which has a serious impact on the quality of life for cancer patients. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) takes vital qi deficiency, pathogenic qi sufficiency and emotional dissonance as the etiology and pathogenesis. CRF is regarded as consumptive disease in Chinese medicine and adopts the compound traditional Chinese medicine "Yiqi Huazhuo method" in treatment, which has significant effects. "Yiqi Huazhuo method" is proposed by the director physician FU Yu by the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM and National Clinical Research Center for Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion. The purpose of this article is to introduce the etiology and pathogenesis of CRF in theory of TCM,the treatment principle of CRF and the compatibility law of "Yiqi Huazhuo method",the typical case of CRF,in order to provide a reference for the clinical adoption of traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment of CRF. |
