| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the effect of Hongqi oral liquid on immune function in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide,and to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment.[Methods] Male Kunming mice were injected with cyclophosphamide (35 mg/kg) to establish immunosuppressive model. Control group,model group,Hongqi oral liquid low (5.2 mL/kg),middle (20.8 mL/kg) and high (41.6 mL/kg) doses groups were set up,and the mice were given orally for 7 days. After 24 hours later of the last administration,the spleen and thymus were separated and the spleen and thymus indexes were calculated. Peripheral blood was collected for blood cell analysis. The splenic lymphocyte proliferation ability and mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis ability were detected.[Results] Compared with control group,spleen and thymus index,white blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,lymphocyte proliferation ability and mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis ability of model group mice were significantly decreased,suggesting that the model mice had a state of immunosuppression. Compared with model group,spleen and thymus indexes,white blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,lymphocyte proliferation ability and mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis ability in different doses of Hongqi oral liquid groups were increased to varying degrees,and the effect in high-dose group was the most significant.[Conclusion] Hongqi oral liquid can enhance the immune function of immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide,and it can protect immune organs and enhance the activity of immune cells. |
