Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the influencing factors of nucleic acid negative conversion time in patients infected with novel coronavirus Omicron variant treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine in Tianjin area.[Methods] Screen electronic medical records of novel coronavirus Omicron variant infection patients, extract hospitalization number, gender, age, vaccination information, previous chronic diseases, clinical typing, combined early symptoms, onset date, admission date, date of first consultation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),dialectical drug use information of TCM at first diagnosis, nucleic acid negative conversion date, retrospective analysis method was adopted, the time of patients' nucleic acid test turning negative was used as the outcome observation index, and the patients were divided into groups with the mean value. The differences of clinical characteristic indexes between groups were compared. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the influencing factors of outcome.[Results] The 398 cases of medical records were screened,219 cases were excluded, and 179 cases were included in the study. After grouping, there were statistically significant differences between groups in the comparison of indicators such as complicated chronic diseases, complicated early symptoms, time difference between admission, intervention time of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and classification of TCM syndromes (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the time of nucleic acid conversion and chronic diseases, the intervention time of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the classification of TCM syndromes (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Combined with chronic diseases, late intervention of integrated Chinese and Western medicine and dialectical classification of Chinese medicine as mixed syndromes can prolong the negative nucleic acid conversion time of patients infected with novel coronavirus Omicron variant. |
