Abstract
|
Patients with thyroid diseases often have symptoms such as choking in the pharynx and flatulence in front of the neck. Professor WU Shentao believes that the pharyngeal discomfort of patients with thyroid disease is mostly caused by the loss of qi,qi stagnation and dampness, heat depression, metaplasia endotoxin and mutual cementation. The internal toxin not only consumes the qi and damages the collaterals, but also binds the vital qi,making the qi machine lose in Xuanchang, and the dampness stagnation is even more serious,so the disease is difficult to cure. Professor WU uses the method of detoxification, promoting pharynx, promoting qi and dampness, taking Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction, with belamcanda chinensis, detoxifying and dispersing pharynx, radix curcumae, soothing the liver and relieving depression, according to the dialectical compatibility of radix bupleuri, scutellaria baicalensis georgi, radix scrophulariae, ophiopogon japonicus, arctium lappa L. and other drugs. |
