| Abstract

| Chronic glomerulonephritis is a clinically common chronic kidney disease. With the progression of the disease,it can eventually develop into end-stage renal disease,which poses a serious threat to the life and health of patients. Professor TAN Jinchuan believes that lung dysregulation,spleen loss of health,liver loss and drainage,kidney loss opening and closing and Sanjiao gasification loss are the basic pathogenesis of this disease,and the lung,spleen,liver and kidney are the basic disease. Among them,the spleen and kidney are the main,especially the kidney is the key,because the chronic disease enters the collateral,so the kidney collateral is the focus,dampness,heat and phlegm are the basic pathological products,and the treatment should be examined for the cause,combined with dynamic and static,combined with clinical practice for treatment. |
