Abstract
|
Fangcang shelter hospital have the advantages of fast construction, large scale and low cost, which provide a conditional guarantee for the realization of the goal of "receiving all that is needed and treating all that should be treated" when medical resources are insufficient due to the outbreak and growth of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Academician ZHANG Boli and Professor LIU Qingquan took the initiative to establish the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fangcang shelter hospital at the beginning of 2020, which provides a carrier for the treatment of COVID-19 based on TCM and highlights the therapeutic advantages of TCM. During its operation, TCM fangcang shelter hospital treated a total of 564 patients, achieving zero transfer of weight and zero death, and playing an important role in China's fight against the epidemic. This paper introduces the construction standard, infrastructure, management system, treatment mode and operation results of TCM fangcang shelter hospital, in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of sudden epidemic diseases. |
