| Objective Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Book in the treatment of knee arthralgiarelated literature analysis, to explore the use of knee arthralgia drugs and formula law, to provide the clinical literature proof for the clinical treatment of arthralgia.Methods By searching the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating knee arthralgia in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Book, after data screening and processing, using "ancient and modern medical records cloud platform" software to analyze the frequency of drug use, four-qi, five-flavor, meridian tropism, efficacy and correlation analysis.Results A total of 107 prescriptions were analyzed, including 214 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, the efficacy of which was mainly strengthening muscle and bone medicine, the four-qi were mainly warm, the common five-flavor were the spleen meridian, liver meridian and kidney meridian, and the high frequency combination were radix saposhnikoviae-Radix Achyranthis, licorice-Ligusticum Chuanxiong-Angelica Sinensis.Conclusion In the treatment of knee arthralgia, it is necessary to reinforce the liver and kidney, strengthen the muscle and bone, at the same time, to dispel wind and remove dampness, remove blood stasis and dredge the meridians should be taken into account, to achieve the goal of the treatment combination of the superficiality and essence, deficiency and excess. |
