Abstract
|
More and more diabetic patients complicated with abnormal sweating, and their sweating manifestations are diverse. Professor WU Shentao treats this disease by syndrome differentiation of six meridians, and thinks its basic location of disease is in tai yang and the basic mechanism is disharmony of ying-qi and wei-qi, so it should be treated by harmonizing ying-qi and wei-qi. The basic prescription for treating this disease in Shanghan Lun is Guizhi Decoction. When in shao yang without dampness, it is often treated with Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction, while with dampness-heat, treated with Huangqin Huashi Decoction or Ganlu Xiaodu Dan. In yang ming, it is treated with Baihu Jiashen Decoction. Intai yin, it is treated with Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder. In shao yin, cold transformation pattern is often treated with Guizhi Jia Fuzi Decoction, while heat transformation pattern treated with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction or Zhibai Dihuang Decoction. Injue yin, it is treated with Qinghao Biejia Decoction, Digupi Yin or Lianmei Decoction. In order to adapt to the complex pathogenesis of the disease, we need to combine multiple meridians in treatment, which can often achieve good results. |
